Prices:

The space is available for one of more professionals ideally on:

• Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays on a weekly basis at the following rates:
• All day and evening on Mondays at £185 pcm (inclusive of VAT)
• All day and evening on Tuesdays at £185 pcm (inclusive of VAT)
• All day Friday at £165 pcm (inclusive of VAT)
• Available at weekends too (price negotiable)

Access to the Building:

Having worked at a Business Centre previously, most clients preferred not to report to a busy reception.

So, on arrival at 10 Orchard Street, clients simply press number 3 on the buzzer of the outside door entrance and I can let them in using my mobile phone.

This provides an option to meet and greet clients on the third floor landing, rather than on the ground floor if this is your preference.

Other useful information:

In addition to a teapoint, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, bicycle storage and shower facilities on the ground floor, there is a break out room to eat lunch on the second floor.

On street metered parking is available on Orchard Street and Trenchard Streetmulti-storey is a two minute walk away.

For training workshops and Group Therapy sessions, extra chairs are available on request.

Terms:

I only require one month’s deposit. If you wish to end your sub letting agreement with me, I require two month’s notice on departure. Sample hire room agreements are available on request.
